To assist Albertans with disabilities to connect to the labour market, building their capacity to manage their careers, while identifying their strengths and abilities, and addressing any barriers to employment. All individuals will receive services that include job search techniques, interview skills, resumé writing, assessing skill gaps, understanding transferable skills, identifying the hidden job market, researching new sectors, generating employment leads, and direct placement.
One on One Employment Services These services will provide a range of Career and Employment Information Services (CEIS) in an individualized, personal delivery format. Services include: Resource Centre, Employment Readiness Services, Job Placement, Workforce Development, and Exposure Courses to enable Albertans to successfully engage in the labour market
Youth Employment Services provides out-of-school youth with supports to gain and maintain employment. Services include intake and assessment, employability and life skills workshops, job placement services, access to funding for short-term courses, and job maintenance support.

New Futures is a career transition program that provides career development workshops to unemployed and underemployed Albertans living in small towns and rural Alberta. Academic Express partners with Community Adult Learning Centres to deliver training using a multi-site, distant delivery format. Training includes one week of workshops followed by a second week of one-on-one customized assistance, as per student need.
